PetKind Free Food for a Month Contest Terms & Conditions
In partnership with PetKind.
PetKind Enter to Win Free Yeti Cooler referred to as “The Contest”.
Eligibility
- Open to participants who are residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and at least 18 years of age at time of entry.
- Participants must be located near a Pet Planet store location.
- Employees of Pet Planet, Resilient Management Corp., or PetKind, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Agreement to Rules
By participating in this contest, the contestant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these outlined Rules, and they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
Contest Time Period
- The Contest runs from June 2nd, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST until June 30th, 2025 11:59 PM MST hosted in-store at Pet Planet locations
- Pet Planet reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time without prior notice to participants.
How to Enter

Any customer who purchases PetKind kibble from June 2 to 30 will be entered to win a YETI cooler – one cooler PER LOCATION!
Prize
- One winner will receive a free Yeti cooler worth $300
- Yeti Cooler.
- The prize is non-transferable and holds no cash value.
- The winner must collect the prize from the identified Pet Planet location.
Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries after verifying all conditions are met.

Winners will be contacted via direct message within one (1) business week of the draw.

If no response is received within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Pet Planet is not responsible for missed messages due to spam filters or incorrect contact details.
Rights Granted by Participant

By entering the contest, participants authorize Pet Planet to organically feature and share on their social media platforms, ensuring proper tagging and attribution.
- The contest winner must sign the Media Release form in full when collecting the prize at the designated Pet Planet store. By signing, the winner gives Pet Planet permission to take photos of both the pet and the pet guardian for use on Pet Planet’s social media platforms.
- This includes, but isn’t limited to, Pet Planet Health accounts, PetKind social accounts, and individual Pet Planet store accounts.
Terms & Conditions
Pet Planet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend The Contest at any time without notice to participants.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pet Planet, PetKind, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, and agents. As well as successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities, including but not limited to:
- Participation in the contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
- Technical failures of any kind, including hardware, software, network, or mechanical malfunctions.
- Unavailability or inaccessibility of transmissions, telephone, or Internet services.
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the contest.
- Errors in the administration of the contest or processing of entries, whether electronic or human.
Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Pet Planet Privacy Policy stated on petplanet.ca

Governing Law
The Contest and these Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
